OPK question!!.....help!!!

So I took this test tonight - the digital test said negative - but when I removed the stick, the two lines look almost identical. The opk I used is meant to show 'high' fertility as well as 'peak' - do the lines on a digital opk mean anything at all?? If they do....surely this is a high fertility day rather than a straight up negative??..... Any opinions are appreciated because I need to tell DH if we should BD tonight!!!
