Pregnancy induced carpal tunnel

My wrists and hands give out all the time and hurt horribly when I try to put my hand down to push myself up from a chair or bend my wrist at a 90 degree angle when carrying groceries (or wiping myself when I pee). Does anyone less have issues with this? Is it really pregnancy induced carpal tunnel? What can I do about it? It had me in tears tonight. Help please.
