Pain from previous surgery

So, back in February I had to have hip surgery, not the most fun since my doctor said I may need two additional surgeries. Now that I'm pregnant, 26 weeks, I feel the pain every day, and i can't take time off because I can't afford it. I toss my doctor about the surgery, but she didn't say anything. Could the pain be caused also by the pelvis moving? Heating pads only do so much
