Postpartum running moms

Lauren • Loving this blessed life with my husband and baby girl! Can't wait to see what more God will do with our lives!
I've been approved to start running again. I ran up until 28 weeks pregnant and then I was walking 5+ miles a day. Before I got pregnant I was running half marathons and I even ran one at 20 weeks pregnant.
I started running again last week at 5 weeks PP. I ran my first run 1.5 miles slow, slow, SLOW! I ran 2 more times last week 2 miles then 2.5 miles. Every time I start running I have some pain in my lower abdomen/I guess my uterus? It goes away less than 2 minutes into my run so I haven't thought much of it. Today I ran my first 5k. Again, it hurt at the start but went away. Now, 3 hours later, my lower abdomen is hurting - A LOT. Has anyone else experienced something like this when getting back into your regular routine? Should I worry about the pain or just keep taking it slow?
