TMI- implantation?!

I'm currently 12-13 DPO and AF is due tomorrow.  Last night I had 1 episode of bright red/pink spotting when I wiped after using the restroom, I put a panty liner in but there has been nothing else until again tonight when I wiped after the restroom, 24hrs later.  Usually if I spot before AF it's brown in color, like old blood.  I am having no cramping, my only symptoms are constipation and heart burn, which neither are uncommon for me.  Does this look like it could be implantation bleeding?!   I don't want to get my hopes up :/
