No movement scared as heck

I was freaking out I'm 30weeks and did not feel any kicks nothing today. I barely am feeling kicking now.

Do any of you worry some times, I saw like 50post of moms worried because of lack of movement but I thought they were crazy lol you really don't know until you experience it. For a moment I was scared do any of you worry about miscarriage? I always have had mixed feelings about this pregnancy because it wasn't planned but anytime something happens its almost like my mom instincts kick in.
