Can't sleep
I'm having trouble staying asleep at night. I usually wake up for 1-2 hours and just lay there. In the mornings when my husbands alarm goes off at 5:30, I wake up and lay there and wait until 7 to get up.
I started drinking some night time tea before bed and sticking to a nighttime routine. It helps me get to sleep but I still wake up.
I'm just over 8 weeks pregnant. Before I got pregnant I never had this issue.
Any advice or tips?
