Possible Bacterial Vaginosis

Hi there, I had a swab done the other day as I was having a mild itching down below. My Dr phoned with the results today saying that it came back as possible bv. She said to repeat the swab as I feel my symptoms have got better since then.

But of course like an idiot I googled it and read that it can cause miscarriage and preterm labour 😱!!

I'm seeing my midwife on Monday so I'll mention it to her at the time but now I'm worrying if I do have it that it will harm my baby!

Anyone have any experience with bv in pregnancy?

PS:I'm 11+4
