How do I get my doctor to help me?

I have now just had my 3rd chemical pregnancy/mc at 4 weeks and five days. This is the third since May. I have no problems conceiving at all it's actually unbelievably easy. But that means nothing bc I can't hold a pregnancy more than six weeks. I went to doctor yesterday for very light brown spotting. I was concerned bc I know that's how a mc starts for me. She didn't do any blood work. I'm going to call in the am and insist I am seen. Is there anything that can be done here? Why didn't she try and help me ? Isn't there something that can be done to help me hold a pregnancy at the very least in the future? I'm so devastated I really thought this was the one.
