Nexplanon

Hi so I'm new to the implant in my arm, I got it two weeks ago. The doctor had me take the pill two weeks before I got it then finish it and today is my last pill. I was wondering if anyone had very very light spotting at two weeks because the last three days I've had that and the color is more of a honey brown. Is it my body trying to get use to it or something? Very confusing to me
