Had an ER visit today.

So today at work I had a little bit of spotting. I went to the ER and got blood test and ultra sounds. The doctor said that my baby is measuring at 6 weeks and 1 day. It has a lower heart rate and I also have a small hermorhage near the baby. He also said that it means I'm at a higher risk for a miscarriage, but it wasn't a death sentence for the baby. I am so heartbroken right now. Has anyone every been through this and had a good outcome?
