Anyone else put on moderate bedrest?

I am 28 weeks 2 days with twins and at my appointment this week my Dr put me on moderate bedrest because I am 50% effaced. I can still work, but from home. I also am feeling lots movement really low! I hope these babies stay in! Has anyone else had similar situation? I am hoping to make it to 33/34 weeks with my twins.

At 30 weeks they stopped preterm labor, but I was 2 cm dilated and 85% effaced. They told me modified bed rest, they don't want me to stop moving but no lifting, repetitive up and down motions, no sex 😭, just take it really easy, etc. I'm 34 weeks 2 says now!

I'm in the hospital now at 33 weeks and they're trying to stop labor 😕 they might with you as will even at 33-34 weeks. I'm 4-5cm 80%effaced with contractions. 
Take it easy and keep hydrated! And I hope you have a healthy rest of the pregnancy!!
