Betamethasone hurts like an SOB

I was feeling terrible Wednesday. Cramping, hip pain, couldn't walk. Thursday I noticed my discharge had changed to a very thin water and my cramps had turned to contractions. Went in just in case and my cervix was funneling. Still a good length, but I got admitted just in case to stop the contractions and stop the funneling.

Cervix is now fine but I'm here at least another night to make the contractions stop. And I'll be on meds for the next several weeks to make sure it stays stopped.

Got those betamethasone shots just in case for lung development. Holy smokes - so painful. Worth it but good lord!

I'm 25 weeks with di/di boys. Mostly just telling you ladies - if it feels wrong - go with your gut!

Got some cute pics of my little guys though. Not worth all this but makes it less bad. Baby A gives it a thumbs up.
