When to test! Please help!

Question

So I stopped ovulating yesterday and I was wondering how long (if pregnant) will it take to show up when you test? I have had a really tense stomach for about 2 days with the occasional cramping, something I've never experienced before, always needing to pee and feeling nauseous on and off? Could it be signs?!

I have read multiple times that 10 dpo is your best day to test but if it's a bfn, test again at 14. Also, check out www.countdowntopregnancy.com it gives you every dpo symptoms that's I've found very helpful.
