Miscarriage, D&C and chemical abortion- population control??
First off I'm really not trying to offend anyone. Miscarriage is a very sensitive subject. I've had two natural mc this year, which is probably why I'm even thinking about this.
I've been on this site for a few months now and I've read about a lot of women and talked to a few in person who are/were pregnant that go into the doctor and are told their pregnancies are not viable. Sometimes it seems like they are not told very clearly why they need a d&c or the pill. Then after they have the procedure they still don't know what was wrong with their baby. I wonder if doctors tell women their pregnancy is not viable to keep population down.
I just talked to a woman who's mother was 5 months along and started bleeding and went to the er. They sent her home the first time then when she went back because the bleeding didn't stop, they gave her a pill that was supposed to stop her from having contractions. But she realized months later that it was actually Mifepristone, or the abortion pill.
Now she can't have children. She already had 4 kids and was a single mom. (This was in 2001) That to me confirms my suspicions that doctors are lying to us and basically trying to play god.
I personally took the pill in 2009 and wonder if I can't keep my babies because of it or because of the birth control I've been on in the past. Yaz, nuva ring, and paraguard.
I've been thinking about this for weeks and I wonder what you guys think. I'm not looking for judgment or opinions on abortion or miscarriage itself but on doctors and their practices.
