Single & want to Conceive

Im single but want to have a baby with my ex who i still love. Im very successful in my career i can provide for myself. Me & my ex have been separated for about 6 months we where together for 7yrs but i want a baby im not asking for him to be in the picture nore really telling him im using him for a baby and im also not doing it to keep him tied down i just want a baby. Would i be the worst if i have a baby and not tell him?
