Not sure what to do

I've been dating this guy for a few years on and off and I got pregnant and lost my frist and now I'm pregnant again but I seem to be irritated and not wanting to say I love you all the time to him like he dose and I think I'm not liking him like I use to and he also do sent want to get a job either he keeps saying that theirs no jobs he wants

I'm not sure what to do anymore I'm trying to stay with him until I know I'm going to keep the baby but it's getting harder and harder to do that
