Fingers and Toes Crossed

So today AF is 6 days late. I want to test but I am truly afraid. I was diagnosed with PCOS about 6 months again, and that really hit me where it hurts. I've been married for almost two years and we've been together for nearly five years. I have been experiencing early symptoms like sore breast, anytime sickness, and pelvic cramps. Although I have all these positive signs, I'm afraid I'll receive a BFN. Please help me.
