At what point do you go for fluids

Hey girls, wondering from experience of if they're are any nurses out there at what point do you go to the er for fluids? It's been 48 hrs since I've kept a meal or fluids down. Vomiting forcefully only 2-3 times a day but throwing up about an ounce at a time 7-10 times a day... Sucking on gingerale/ice cubes... Very sore, bad headache. Dark urine, making urine 1-3 times a day for the past 72 hrs.  Any advice would be great thanks in advance.
