Lip piercing..

Way off of topic but can everyone who has their lip pierced comment. I just got mine done two days ago, I think it started last night, it's really sore to touch and the throbbing is ridiculous. It hurts to talk sometimes cause when I open my mouth, I instantly feel pain. & it's swollen slightly and won't go away.  I'm not sure if I can take out out yet and clean it without it closing up. I can't tell if it's the beginning of an infection or what! Please help! 😳😫
