Lots and lots of CM

Today before my boyfriend was off to work we decided to have sex, last couple times we used a condom but when I was I think ovulating we didnt use protection. Smart Ikr. Anyways today we were using a condom and he pulled out cause I got a phone call and my cm was dripping all over him I've never seen it that much. Could it be a sign of pregnancy or infection? I'm not really sure
