Help!

My boyfriend and I had sex two or three nights ago. We shower everyday. That night, I gave him oral and I went too deep and I threw up a little bit. Instead of stopping completely, I cleaned it up and kept going. It lead to sex and we both finished at the same time. He went to sleep and I went to the bathroom then to bed. The next day, he says he's been itchy. I don't have any infection that I know of. Yesterday he was still itchy. Then last night, I look at it and it looks like there was a white creamy substance. I get to the top and while I tried to take it off with a wet cloth, it looked like it was actually skin peeling off. We have no idea what it is. He had chlamydia about three or four years ago but got treatment. I'd put pictures but it'd be too graphic. 

Any ideas as to what it could be?
