Help me

So i am three days late for my period. I was suooosed to get it on the ninth. I had some slight spotting two weeks prior from now. My boons hurt and i habe been javing white milky discharge. I took a pregnancy test and it was negative. Im not sure whag is going on. Can someone help me out.
