Need advice.

I am a few years younger than the boy I'm talking to and I've only had sex with one person, while he's had sex with many women. The thing is, he's never had sex with a girl who wasn't on bitch control & that he'd rather me be on birth control because "he doesn't feel anything with a condom on." The thing is, he told me he was okay with me not being on bc and that he'd wear a condom because there's other ways for him to get off (head), but I feel like he is only saying that so I feel like it's my choice to get on bc or not and so I don't feel pressured, but it honestly feels like he still wants me to do it.
