Recurrent yeast infections

Not until this year I've never gotten a yeast infection and I just can't seem to get rid of it. Back in July I found out I had bv, and following that from the antibiotics I got a yeast infection. This has been ongoing for 5 months already it's so frustrating and annoying, the doctors continue to prescribe me the same medication. But I continue to get a yeast infection every month. I've always worn cotton underwear and I've always know to keep my vagina and surrounding areas dry. I've even started to take a probiotic which isn't seeming to help. If anybody who's gone through this or is going through the same thing I am, please share some tips and information that could possibly be helpful. Thanks in advance 😊
