Help!

So there was this guy I slept with from work, I'm 20 and he's 37 (no judging please I have a thing for older guys) we were friends for a year and then finally slept together, a lot of stuff was happening and I kinda had a break down and we stopped talking, but then he had messaged me after we stopped talking and wished me happy birthday. We're friends again and he's literally my shoulder to lean on and he knows everything about what's going on in my life cause that's how our relationship was prior to having sex. I used to send him nudes and what not, so now he tells me you can still send me nudes, I just don't think sex can happen again since you might get attached. I do want to sleep with him again so I don't know what to do.
