Abdominal pain
(This is my first pregnancy so pardon my ignorance and stress)
Woke up wth shooting nauseating abdominal pain, from my pubic bone to above my belly button. I'm crippled over from it and feel like I'm having some intense period. It's giving me a headache. My stomach/uterus feels so tight and it's just this solid pain - doesn't come and go, is just there. Been crying but I don't know if I'm also getting sick because everyone around me has been so sick lately. Spent a lot of time on the toilet this morning -.- I'm 30 weeks prego today.
What do contractions feel like?
Is this normal otherwise?
I'm gonna call my midwife too but I just wanted others opinions/experiences.
