Please Help!!! First Cycle off BC

I stopped my BC the end of November, Thanksgiving week is when I had my withdrawal bleeding. Now my period is due sometime between the 18 and 22nd. We didn't use any other type of birth control this month and "tried" during my fertile week but I'm not sure if I ovulated. Anyway for the last week and a half I've had very sore breasts and dull cramps on and off. I don't think I'm pregnant but I'm wondering if this is normal leading up to my period off BC? I was on it for 13years.
