People living their lives without being judged?

It's a lot of posts on here asking whether or not people agree with how others live their lives.

And I would like to know why does it matter?

I feel that as long as their decision does not effect those who don't live under their roof then other folks should not have an opinion on it.

So the next time you think to pass judgement think about who their decision effects.

In real life... I don't care what others do.

But in here, the reason someone posts is TO hear the opinions. It gets me so annoyed to always hear "not your life" or something else. We all know this. CC is to debate topics, if we all just said "not your life" there is no debate.

So we shouldn't care about/judge perpetrators of domestic abuse because it goes on under their roof and doesn't directly affect the rest of us? Rubbish.

I know a lot of people seem to think judging is a horrible thing, but there are circumstances when it is appropriate and our world would be a worse place if we didn't judge some things and in doing so exert pressure to change them.

But this is to hear people's opinions on the topic/situation posted.

If one doesn't want people judging their personal situation or views, don't post them for public opinion -you WILL see opinions and judgments you don't like.

Especially don't post them in controversy corner, which is FOR debates on what's posted.

I believe in people putting themselves in others' shoes and shutting up with the judgments, if they are based solely on half details and assumptions, until they have experienced what others go through; or, at least attempting to see through to the depth of the person to avoid making surface judgments about them. However, that doesn't happen often because folks like to be quick to judge what they don't know & what they THINK they know. So if you love being on Glow, recognize this, acknowledge it, and post/don't post accordingly.
