Is this a good brand of prenatal vitamins? I've only been taking them a week and they are like a tablet but not chewable. If there's anything you all personally like better please let me know so I can switch!! Thanks

Rainbow Light brand rocks and is available on Amazon or even Target (but costs more). They have iron, folic acid and even probiotics, which is awesome!

When I went to fill out all my paperwork at the doctir's office they told me as long as it has Folic acid with DHA in it that's all that really matters. I'm taking One-a-day prenatals and they are giant tablets.

There is supposedly no difference any them. They are supposed to have all the same ingredients. Or at least that's what I've been told

I take Nature Made with DHA. I think as long as it had around 400-600 mg of folic acid, that's the most important thing.

I've read that you should avoid dollar store brand vitamins in general. They're supposedly more likely to be imported from countries with looser regulations.

I can't take gummy vitamin just because the texture makes me feel sock, but I took these with my first pregnancy and took them several months after i had her too. I just started taking then again with baby #2!

Any prenatal is better than no prenatal. I personally like the rainbow light, they are on the tip 10 best prenatal list. And they are supposed to be Gentle on our stomach.
