Weight losing goals:)
Hey!:) I'm about 180 and I'm wanting to lose about 40-50 pounds starting after the holidays, mind you the weight doesn't matter I'm mostly looking to loose fat and then tone up. I really would like to try meal replacements for breakfast and lunch and then a proper meal for dinner. I was wondering if anybody had 'healthy tasty meal recipes, that are kind of simple, and also if anybody had any recommendations on the meal replacement that I use or any things at the gym I can do to maximize results, thanks:)
