IS THIS TOO MUCH???

Someone posted this photo on fb and I immediately seen a million and one things wrong with this picture. Our city buses drove around picking up passengers like this. I understand it's the holidays and people want to get into the spirit but this is just too much. The bike rack is being occupied by Santa, the windows are being blocked off so you can't see if someon might be running for the bus not to mention if something falls off what kind of accident it will cause. Anyway that's just my opinion, what do you think???
