Wait or don't

So currently I'm 4 days late according to this other app I use glow just skips two days when I delete the period anyway I'm normally irregular anyway on af but for the past 4 months I've been every 24 days now should I go to the doctor or just wait I don't want to go and they say I'm pregnant again I just had a mc august 31 I found out august 28 should I just wait or go in I have 2 boys already I've only been pregnant 3 times I'm n a bad/good situation right now and really don't need another baby I don't even have my oldest baby my grandfather takes care of him until I get myself together so it's mostly me and my youngest I don't even have my own place or a job (got fired in oct) I stay with my gma which is fine I just want my own space for me and my children and my so doesn't have his own place either it's just all bad right now but we trying to make it the best way we can
