Hey ladies, I am trying to get pregnant but I have become a bit overweight I am 187 lbs and 5'7... I carry my weight quite well but I know that you gain 20+ pounds during pregnancy but I would love to possibly lose the 20 pounds before I gain it... I am more focused on feeling good about myself and thinking my body looks good instead of focusing on a number. So I guess my question is what exercises are good for pregnant women? Something I can continue doing throughout my whole pregnancy that will keep me healthy. 🤗 Thank you Ladies!
