Leaking breasts 1 year postpartum

Only breast fed (tried and tried to breastfeed but baby wouldn't latch) for 4 weeks and tried supplementing up to 3 months.....was completely dry two weeks after I stopped. Now my breasts are leaking and I'm 12 months postpartum. I'm not pregnant nor on any medication or birth control......
