I NEED ANSWERS

I missed my period last month and this month. Ive never been late im a week late my period comes on twice in 1 month. I went to the hospital last week and my urine test and blood test came back negative. What should i do? Im freaking out i have majority of the pregnancy symptoms. I need to take another pregnancy test but, im scared it may come back negative again.
