Should we buy a house or wait?

We have been talking about buying a house for awhile. Now I'm pregnant and we live in a 1 bedroom apartment. Would it be too stressful to move later in my third trimester to a house or should I stay put in this apartment or maybe get a 2 bedroom if one comes available?

I'm in my third trimester and we are moving right now. Well my hubby and his friends are moving and I'm telling them where things go lol

We have bought a house and close jan 11 so I'll let you know how it goes! Lol I will be 34 weeks eek so excited but nervous at the same time.

If the cost isn't a factor in delaying vs move now, I think it would be nice to move now and get settled before baby comes, the extra space will probably be handy if its an option.

A house is a good investment and if you can afford the down payment and  monthly payments I would do it as soon as possible. Me and my husband still have college loans to pay off so we can't buy right now but If we could we'd def try to get into a starter home for the next few years. We were so close to buying one a few months ago but the owner was asking for too much so we stopped looking and thought we'd wait and save more money till we get more of our loans paid off. As long as you can do it buying is always better than renting

My hubby and I are kinda in the same boat and have decided to move into a two bedroom and plan to buy a house around the time baby turns one

Lots of people move into their first house while pregnant. If you can afford it then go for it.
