Healthy weight loss tips please.
I've stopped drinking soda and no eating after 7 cuz we eat at 6. Anyone know what else I'm missing? I have excercise asthma so I can't do that but I do walk a lot. I eat my fruits and veggies and I'm still staying around the same weight. I am 5'4 and weigh 270-275 area. Please help me get healthier.
