Help. Please

I miscarried last cycle. I went and saw doc on Friday he says he 99% sure I have pcos said it's going to be pretty much impossible to get pregnant by ourselves. However I had the worst abdominal pain last night. I thought I was miscarrying again. However I haven't bled at all yet. I also have horrible gas and bloating just like last time. What do you think. Is it possible I'm pregnant after the doctor said it's next to impossible? If I'm not pregnant what in the h*ll is going on. Please any opinions are appreciated.
