Fit mom question
So pre pregnancy I was very avid gym goer 5/6 days a weeks for over an hour with 40 minutes of intense cardio and then about 30 minutes of lifting/ calisthenics. These last two weeks have been SO hard on me I haven't been able to get to the gym. Any other mommys to be feel like this and have ways to overcome the exhaustion? Or do you say just wait til my energy is semi back? I'm only 8.1 weeks. Help me I'm going crazy!! HahA xo
