Implantation bleeding?

Question

I am usually right on spot with my period. I am suppose to start in 2 days but earlier today I noticed a difference in my discharge and this evening I had some pinkish discharge and mild cramping. My breasts are super tender and I've been having some nausea. Is the pinkish discharge implantation bleeding or have I started early? I didn't notice implantation bleeding with my first pregnancy.

Also, since the discharge I have not noticed anymore...
