May be repetitive

Sorry if this post may seem repetitive but I am so beyond confused. So according to both of my fertility apps I ovulated over a week ago. During that time my body pointed to the signs of ovulation- my cm was EWCM, I had a pain in my right side, and my bbt dipped a little one day. However I was using opk as well and it never peaked during that time. I kept testing with opk and now it is showing up high but my cm is not the fertile kind and my bbt stayed high. I have had cramps and weird feeling in my stomach for the last few days. Sometimes it is on one side then it feels like AF cramps so I thought I was getting AF a week early. So my question is, is it possible for an opk to pick up pregnancy or did I not ovulate when I thought I did? Sorry it being so long. TIA
