Can I just vent to the only ladies who will understand? 😔

So my friend is pregnant and she's a pretty small girl. She's 20 weeks and besides her belly she has lost weight so far with her morning sickness etc. with my pregnancy, by the end I had gained 70 lbs, mostly water and I lost 40 right away, have 30lbs to go. My husband told her wow your losing weight instead of gaining! And her husband replied saying well she's not like your wife, gaining 120 lbs! My hubby said no she gained 70 and has 30 left to lose and he said no man look at her she gained 120 for sure. My wife isn't like her(me) pigging out just because she's pregnant, in fact she barely eats. I wasn't there during this convo but my husband told me about it and it really hurt my feelings. I'm insecure as it is. What a douchebag. 😕
