Post pregnancy birth control?

Just wondering what everyone is planning on doing after pregnancy, and why. I'm 31 and have been on birth control on and off for fifteen years. Husband is 39. We both are pretty certain this child is our last. I think he's a little skittish about a vasectomy. I refuse to do a tubal ligation - I know too many people that had horrible reactions. I'm not a fan of hormonal contraception and my husband hates condoms. What is everyone else doing? Looking for ideas.

If you have a regular period keep up with your fertile week and don't have sex during that time. Not guaranteed to work but there's no hormonal intervention or condoms.

As much as my husband & I hate condoms, we will be using them. We both would love to have another baby in 4 years, maybe. Haha 😂 Hormonal birth control makes my migraines unbearable. Plus there's a history of breast and uterine cancer on both sides of my family. If we decide that we are done tho, my husband will be getting a vasectomy.

I honestly don't know, I've considered going back on Depo and my husband has been talking about getting a vasectomy so we will see...

We'll be using condoms again until my cycles are consistent and predictable. Once that happens we'll go back to the fertility awareness method, which is what we used to avoid and then achieve pregnancy.

I'll get the paraguard again. No hormones and my body reacted much better to it than the Mirena.

Vasectomy for my husband when we decide we are finished for sure. Condoms after this one. I'm not a fan of BC either and will not be getting a tubal ligation.
