Baby due soon... Stressed out!

Sooo.... My child's father and I had a domestic situation...I put him out and Him and I haven't been together since...but I found out that I was pregnant after the situation occurred.... Well fast forward, the baby is due in a week... He wants to be there to see his baby being born...although our situation ended badly, I don't want to deny him being able to be a father( or to just give him enough rope to hang his self with) the problem is my mom... She has out right said don't have him at the hospital because she's going to go off, and she'll call the police if he shows up to the birth. Its stressing me out to the point that I'm not excited about my labor starting cause I don't wanna deal with the drama that comes with it... Or having to choose one or the other. I definitely understand my mom's anger...and her protectiveness of me, but this whole situation is depressing me...when I should be excited right now... Am I being foolish in allowing him to be there? Because basically imma have to choose one or the other...
