Dilated at 36 weeks???

Were you dilated at your 36 week appointment? And how dilated do you have to be to lose your mucous plug?

just had my appnt today, my dr told im in 3cm 80% effaced 37 weeks 2 days. She said im going to deliver bfore my due date which is jan11.

Yes! 3cm and contractions were every 3 minutes on the monitor but it stopped! That was last week and no signs of baby yet :)

I've been 1.5 cm dilated since 30 weeks I'm currently 38+3 lol ....
It doesn't mean anything being induced Monday 👏🏼

She couldn't feel the cervix because the baby's head was blocking it (the baby is sitting low and forward). She said at only 36 weeks it wasn't worth it to reach up around to check (cervix was high). When they can reach the cervix, do dilation checks hurt badly? I'm so nervous for that part.

I was checked today at 36 weeks and I wasn't dilated but about 20% effaced

At 36 wks i was 1 cm dilated and 50% effaced. Now I'm 38 wks and was dilated to a 3 and 60% effaced and lost my mucus plug. If she doesnt come by the end of this week I'll be induced on Sunday.
