Scared...

So i had an ultrasound done Friday bcuz I've been having pain talk to the doctor office today and they gave me an appt. But they say I have a small cyst a retroverted uterus and a small mass but they wouldn't tell me what it was they say I have to talk directly to the doctor on Monday I'm scared has anyone else ever gone through this??? Am I overreacting or no like cud I b pregnant wat do u gals think??... but I'm also bleeding right now I'm not sure if it's my. It's lighter and it seems to be going away at it just started yesterday afternoon and it's already gotten very light like im just spotting
