Doctors appointments

Hey y'all I went to my first prenatal appointment today and my doctor said everything looked fine and there's a heartbeat. She then said she wants to see me in two weeks. So my question is how often do you all have doctors appointments is this a normal time frame? I'm seven weeks and one day if that makes any difference. Thank you.
