Be single ?

I.d.k how I feel anymore, some days I want this to work, other days I wouldn't care as much if we weren't in each other presence. I'm lost upon my own feelings they are numb and I don't want to talk to anyone because I'm just confused! Don't know if I should be single or continue and see where it leads ? Ugh😫
