Cat scratch

So a cat ran inside our house and the only way I could get it out was to pick it up. It was really friendly and fluffy and clean and turned out to be our neighbors who let it out for the usual hour per day and just hadn't let it back in yet. Well after returning from taking it back I realized it scratched my arm. It drew blood so I washed it off with soap (dawn) and water and immediately lathered neosporin on it. I have no idea if the cat is up to date on shots or anything. Should I be worried? I am as of right now.
